Sony Ps3 Or Xbox 360 ??

Okay guys ..lookig for some help here on Sony PS3 or Xbox 360 live...

Could anyone or a few give me thier thoughts....PS3 bundle is about $500

XBOX 360 live is about $300.

IM leaning towards the PS3 because the $$ is not really an issue .....


any thoughts.....this is for a my 9 year old nephew.

Xbox live is a blast. So many good games to play on there.

Graphically, they are pretty close.

Really the only difference is with a Ps3 you can watch Blu-Ray movies.

I think right now the XBOX360 still has a lot more good games for it than the Ps3 does.

I think either decision will be a good decision. If you think online-multiplaying may be in your nephews future, Xbox is the way to go. Otherwise, the kid should be happy. I wish I had an Uncle fork over something where "money is not as issue" when I was enjoying my Christmas gifts.

Ps3 is nice and it plays blue ray disc but the xbox360 is better for gaming but overall i prefer the wii

Just checked, you can buy a BR player that attaches to the Xbox for 179$, but you can play standard dvd's with it.. The PS3 has a BR built in.. If I had my choice I would get the PS3
